All orders are shipped within 1 business day.  (business days are Monday - Friday)


  •   2nd Day (UPS guarantees delivery of 2nd Day Air shipments by the end of the second business day anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico (some restrictions apply to Alaska)
  •  Next Day Air (Guaranteed delivery of Next Day Air shipments by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or the end of the next business day depending on location)
  •  UPS business days are Monday through Friday.


  • International Buyers - Please Note:

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not, simply send your item back to Watchband Expert in the same condition it was delivered.  Watchband Expert would be happy to provide a full refund of the purchase price.  Also, items must be returned in NEW/ Unaltered condition and in the original retail packaging. Make sure to open the retail package carefully (do not destroy or discard it).

All new items may be returned within 30 days from delivery date.

All items being returned or exchanged must have an RMA number. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by email message prior to returning the item. Any item returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and sent back at the buyers' expense.

We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit, and therefore, require packages to be sent insured, so if a package is lost, your investment is protected. Please insure all returned items for the full invoice amount and ship to:
